The R&D Global Project Manager role is dedicated to external opportunity, due diligence and integration, ensuring disciplined planning, integrated development assumptions, risk-based recommendations and operational readiness, with secondary contribution to PM/PMO excellence and therapeutic project support.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS:

You will be primarily responsible for leading and coordinating R&D project management activities related to external opportunity evaluations, from detailed evaluation to due diligence and potential integration handover.

You ensure that due diligence project management activities are planned, structured, risk-driven and delivered with high quality, within accelerated timelines framework, in close partnership with R&D Due Diligence coordinator, scientific/medical experts and cross-functional contributors.

When due diligence workload allows or business needs require, she/he may also support Global project management, PMO initiatives or selected therapeutic projects to strengthen project management practices and execution discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Due Diligence: Lead and coordinate R&D project management for external evaluations. You will partner with BD&L and scientific experts to deliver high-quality, risk-driven assessments within accelerated timelines.

• Operational Leadership: Translate strategy into actionable Global Development Plans. You will optimize budgets, timelines, and value creation, ensuring all assumptions and interdependencies are robustly documented.

• Therapeutic Project Support: Drive execution for selected internal projects, monitoring critical paths, mitigating cross-functional risks, and organizing strategic validations when objectives deviate.

• Governance & Excellence: Act as an ambassador for PM best practices. You will ensure data integrity in reporting systems (e.g., PILOT, FederateS) and facilitate effective team dynamics and high-level governance reporting.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Background: 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Master's degree in Pharma, Science, or Biotech.

• Expertise: Strong knowledge of drug development and hands-on experience in Due Diligence.

• Technical Skills: Mastery of budget, planning, and risk management; financial acumen; and fluency in English.

• Leadership: A proactive "business partner" mindset with strong influence, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
